- Posting links as your first actions on a new account
- Copy/paste the same text across multiple subreddits
- Crossposting too fast or too often
- Using URL shorteners
- Over-optimized promotional wording (“best deal”, “limited”, etc.)
- Posting without flair where flair is expected
- Ignoring required templates
- Not replying to comments (looks like drive-by posting)
- Posting too frequently in a short time window
- Dropping the same domain repeatedly
- Low-effort titles (“help”, “urgent”, “anyone?”)
- Posting in subreddits that clearly don’t match your content
